TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Authorities have accused a against a man accused of shooting and critically wounding another man during an alleged robbery near the East Central Junior High School.
Prosecutors say 19-year-old Emmanuel Duffy is suspected with shooting with intent to kill, robbery with a firearm and other charges.
The Tulsa World reports that the 31-year-old victim was listed in critical condition after the January 2nd incident.
A police report says the victim, who has not been publicly named, identified Duffy as his assailant.
Duffy is being held inside the Tulsa Jail on $161,500 bond.
