Tulsa, OK – Presiding District Court Judge Tom Thornbrugh administers the oath of office to Tulsa County Elected officials. District One Commissioner John Smalligo, District Three Commissioner Fred Perry and Tulsa County Assessor Ken Yazzel were sworn in this morning at the Tulsa County Court House. All three won re-election last November and began their new terms today
