That is the attitude of Tulsa Based Dollar Thrifty Rent-A-Car to Hertz and Avis. The two companies have been in a tug-of-war over Dollar-Thrifty, so much so that it is impacting the Tulsa firm's ability to do business.
Dollar-Thrifty wants the firms best offers by October or for them to go away.
