Tulsa, Ok – All of this heavy rain is running off into our area lakes. Most pressing for Tulsa is Keystone Lake that holds back the Arkansas River.

The Army Corp of Engineers says Keystone Lake is 2.5 feet ABOVE normal and rising. The average discharge will be 15,600 cubic feet per second through the gates and turbines around the clock.

The Corp says while the lake is rising, it is still 30-feet from the top of the flood pool.
