Jury selection continues into its third day in the Manslaughter trial of Robert Bates. He is the former Tulsa County Reserve Sheriff's Deputy accused of shooting a fleeing, unarmed, suspect by mistake.
Eric Harris was being arrested in a gun sting operation when he started running. After Harris was tackled, witnesses say Bates shot him. At the time, Bates said he mistook his pistol for a stun-gun.
