1st degree murder charges are filed against Jeremy Thacker of Owasso. The 40-year-old is accused of deliberately running over street people last week. One man was killed.
The Tulsa County District Attorney's office filed the charges yesterday. The attacks took place over the Labor Day weekend in Tulsa. One attack was near 500 North Cheyenne. The other was near 15th and South Carthage.
