MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) — Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troop C is set to take possession of a building that will become its new headquarters.
Lt. George Brown says the troop will officially take over the building at a "change of building" ceremony in Muskogee on Wednesday.
The building is a former Army Reserve Center that will be renovated for the OHP.
