Tulsa, OK – Haven't payed your power bill this month? PSOklahoma is not allowed to cut customers off if the heat index is above 100.

PSOklahoma's Stan Whiteford says high heat means a spike in power usage.

Whiteford says that your air conditioner accounts for about 30% of your power bill.
