Hearing delay for Oklahoman whose brother killed by police

OKMULGEE, Okla. (AP) — A court hearing has been delayed for the brother of an Oklahoma pastor who was killed by a state trooper.

The hearing was scheduled for 41-year-old Brandon Fischer on misdemeanor charges of public intoxication and threatening an act of violence. KOTV reports the hearing was delayed until August.

Meanwhile, video from a trooper's dash camera was released, showing the now dead pastor lunging at a trooper before both disappeared from the camera's view and shots are heard.

Nehemiah Fischer was shot by a trooper after troopers responded to a call of a vehicle stranded in flood waters.

The video shows troopers ordering the brothers out of the water and Nehemiah Fischer lunging at one trooper while the second trooper draws his weapon before all disappear from view.
