H1N1 at Stillwater

By Associated Press

Stillwater, OK – 3 cases of swine flu confirmed at OSU

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) Health officials at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater have confirmed swine flu in three students there.

Officials announced the cases on Monday and say more cases are suspected.

About 10 people at OSU have been ill with flu-like symptoms over the past two weeks with three cases sent for testing to the state Health Department. Director of University Health Steve Rogers says because they tested positive, likely all the cases were swine flu, also known as H1N1.

Rogers says all of the people have recovered and that many more cases are expected.

He urged anyone feeling ill to "self-isolate" until they are well.
