Papers are filed in Tulsa District Court seeking a grand jury to review Owasso City Government. It centers around the administration of former Owasso City Manager Rodney Ray.
Ray recently resigned as the Owasso City Manager amid allegation of writing a bogus check and filing a false police report.
The jury is being requested by former Tulsa County Republican Chair J.B. Alexander and his attorney. Alexander ran for a city council post in the last city election, but lost to an incumbent.
