Governor Fallin joins the governor of Delaware in the first-ever State of the States Address. It focused on the current challenges governors are facing. Fallin says the Federal Government should be a partner in helping develop public policies.

"Governors believe that strong cooperative relationship between the states and the federal government is vital to best serve the interest of all citizens of our nation, and we call that 'flexible federalism.'"

The speeches were delivered this morning before the National Press Club in Washington.
