Gas Prices Take Another Jump at the Pump

KWGS News

Gas prices in Tulsa go up 11-cents a gallon for regular unleaded at most stations. The time of year, world tensions, weather, and the cost of oil are all factors. Contrary to the opinion of many that retailers are making out like bandits, Quik Trip Spokesman Mike Thornbrugh says higher gas prices keep customers from buying items in the store, where the company makes most of its’ money.

Supply and demand isn’t that much of a factor anymore, but with more people on the road in spring and summer that does have an impact also.
