TULSA CITY-COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT FREE Back-To-School Immunizations..
The Tulsa City-County Health Department has FREE back-to-school immunizations Monday-
Thursdays from 8am-4pm and Fridays from 8am-11am at all 4 locations. The child(ren) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and bring current immunization record.
There are four sites around Tulsa---James Goodwin Health Center at 5051 S 129th E. Avenue, Expo Regional Health Center at 4614 E. 15th Street, Central Regional Health Center at 315 S. Utica and North Regional Health Center at 5424 N. Madison.
