Tulsa, OK – A Texas bank files foreclosure action against the owner of the Jenks River Walk. The action was filed in Tulsa District Court by the American Bank of Texas. The action names RWC Management and its principal Jerry Gordon.
Judge Rebecca Nightingale has named Tulsa property manager Gail Fair-Tucker to act as the receiver while the property is being foreclosed.
