Undated – Here is the latest Oklahoma sports from The AP

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) Quarterback G.J. Kinne led Tulsa to an easy 48-7 victory over Memphis last night. Kinne threw for two touchdowns and rushed for another score for the Golden Hurricane (3-2, 1-1 Conference USA).

DALLAS (AP) No. 8 Oklahoma survived another fourth-quarter swoon yesterday to hand No. 21 Texas its second straight loss, 28-20 in the Red River Rivalry. Landry Jones threw for 236 yards and two touchdowns and DeMarco Murray ran for two scores for the Sooners (5-0, 1-0 Big 12).

DALLAS (AP) A second straight loss is likely to drop the Texas Longhorns from the Top 25. By losing 28-20 to the No. 8 Sooners yesterday, Texas has dropped consecutive games for the first time in three years. Sure to slip from No. 21, the Longhorns are poised to be unranked for the first time since Oct. 15, 2000.

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) The AL West champion Texas Rangers tuned up for the playoffs with a 6-2 win over the Los Angeles Angels last night. The Rangers' Josh Hamilton hit his first homer in more than a month and had three RBIs. Hamilton's two-run drive in the fifth was his 32nd of the season, matching a career high.
