Flash Flooding Will Be Possible

NWS Graphic

The National Weather Service continues a FLASH FLOOD WATCH for all of Northeast Oklahoma. Forecasters says a stalled cold front will trigger wave after wave of heavy rain.

One band of rain moved through overnight. It is being blamed for knocking out power to a portion of downtown Tulsa.

The NWS says nearly 3" of rain should fall in the Tulsa area today. Some isolated locations could receive up to 10" of rain before the system moves away of Thursday.
