Gov. Mary Fallin is offering her condolences to the family of a 22-year-old police officer who died after a shootout during a traffic stop in her hometown of Tecumseh.
Fallin says Tecumseh officer Justin Terney's body is being returned to his family in eastern Oklahoma and that she intends to order flags on state property to be flown at half-staff on the day of Terney's funeral, which hasn't been scheduled.
