Festival Brings Music and Chili to the Stage

Thousands of people every year attend the Claremore festival that hosts the Mid-America Regional Chili Cook-off. It combines the tunes of bluegrass, rock, celtic, country music and a performance from Marty Stewart. There is also an open car show, which will include cars from four different states. It is an event for all ages, providing projects for the younger crowd also.

The festival will also include markets. arts and crafts, Kiddie Koral, and an antique tractor pull.

The festival is free for everyone, but parking cost is $10. It is located at the Claremore Expo Center on Thursday and Friday at 4-11 p.m. and Saturday at 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
