Police are investigating a fatal house fire in west Tulsa as a homicide. Firefighters found a person dead after being called to a report of smoke coming from a home in the 35-hundred block of West Easton this morning. Captain Stan May says investigators found some things just didn’t add up, so police were called.
Firefighters found the body in a bed at the back of the house. The victim was badly burned. It also appears utilities in the house weren’t hooked up and working. The investigation continues.
