Oklahoma City, OK – Fallin to tour Okla's regional response system
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin will tour the Office of Homeland Security's regional response network.
Fallin plans to view the network's equipment Saturday as part of the annual Septemberfest event at the governor's mansion, located east of the state Capitol.
Oklahoma Homeland Security Director Kim Carter says the public and participants in the Septemberfest event are invited to participate in the tour.
The state's regional response system is made up of 108 response units, including bomb squads and search-and-rescue units.
