Police Chief Chuck Jordan made the announcement in a 4PM news conference from Police Headquarters in downtown Tulsa.

Four women were found shot to death inside an apartment unit on January 7th. They had been  shot execution style.  Rebeika Powell, Kayetie Melchor, Julie Jackson and Misty Nunley were all dead when they were discovered.
