* IN OKLAHOMA...CREEK...OKFUSKEE...OKMULGEE...TULSA...ROGERS...
PITTSBURG...WAGONER...CHOCTAW...WASHINGTON...OSAGE...PAWNEE...
SEQUOYAH...MCINTOSH...MUSKOGEE...LE FLORE AND HASKELL.

IN ARKANSAS...CRAWFORD...SEBASTIAN AND FRANKLIN.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
* HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT WILL REMAIN ANCHORED OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS
THIS WEEKEND AND WILL PERSIST INTO NEXT WEEK. THIS WILL BRING
AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF EXCESSIVE HEAT WITH AFTERNOON HEAT
INDICES IN THE 105 TO 111 DEGREE RANGE. IN ADDITION...OVERNIGHT
LOWS WILL REMAIN VERY WARM AND WILL PROVIDE LITTLE TO NO RELIEF
FROM THE HEAT.

* THE COMBINATION OF HOT TEMPERATURES AND HIGH HUMIDITY WILL
COMBINE TO CREATE A DANGEROUS SITUATION IN WHICH HEAT ILLNESSES
ARE POSSIBLE.

* TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTIONS IF YOU WORK OR SPEND TIME OUTSIDE. WHEN
POSSIBLE...RESCHEDULE STRENUOUS ACTIVITIES TO EARLY MORNING OR
EVENING. KNOW THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF HEAT EXHAUSTION AND HEAT
STROKE. WEAR LIGHT WEIGHT AND LOOSE FITTING CLOTHING WHEN
