Oklahoma City – The result is in - the Oklahoma Corporation Commission has voted unanimously to approve a restructuring of electricity rates charged by the Public Service Company of Oklahoma.

Commission spokesman Matt Skinner said, "The average residential customer, using 1000 kilowatts, will see a rate increase of 33 cents a month."

Industrial rates will be decreased slightly in an effort to achieve what Skinner called "rate parity."

The agreement will result in no net gain in revenue for PSO.
