A drowning at Oologah Lake takes the life of a Tulsa man. 19-year-old Yerson Garcia DeLuna was trying to help a friend when he went under yesterday at Hawthorn Bluff and did not resurface.
His body was recovered late yesterday The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says he was not wearing a life jacket.
