Tulsa, OK – The military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy toward gays comes to an end today. Toby Jenkins is the executive director for "Oklahomans for Equality". He says, in Tulsa, military recruiters will be at the Neill Equality Center.
The Neill Equality Center is the only gay community center in the nation to invite military recruiters into their facilities.
