MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) — Muskogee police say a city worker saw a dog carrying a human arm and police found the rest of the body about four blocks away.
The worker saw the dog early Friday afternoon on North 12th Street and called police.
The Tulsa World reports the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner's Office is working with police to identify the badly decomposed dead person. They're also working to determine whether the death was the result of foul play.
