Tulsa, OK – On today's program, we speak with Peter Allgeier, who now serves as the president of C&M International, the global trade and investment consulting firm affiliated with Crowell & Moring LLP (and based in Washington, DC). Prior to taking this position in 2009, Allgeier worked for almost 30 years at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), where he was a negotiator on nearly every major U.S. trade initiative dating back to the Carter Administration. Allgeier recently gave an address to the Tulsa Committee on Foreign Relations entitled, "How Can the U.S. Regain Competitiveness in Foreign Trade?" He discusses as much with us today on StudioTulsa. Also on our show, commentator Collin Hinds has a few thoughts about Generation Y and the ongoing Occupy Movement.
