DA names a 'Person of Interest' in Fairmont Terrace Murders

Tulsa County Booking

A man, already in custody, is now being called a 'person of interest' in last week's quadruple homicide in Tulsa.

The Tulsa County District Attorney's office filed a motion late Tuesday to have the bond increased on 32-year-old Freddie Allen Hayes. He was arrested last Friday on drug and weapons charges.

In the paper work, the DA's office calls Hayes "at a minimum" a witness to the Fairmont Terrace murders.  If the judge approves the motion, Hayes' bond would increase from $11,000 to $250,000.

Four women were found murdered inside an apartment at Fairmont Terrace last week.
