Corps Explains Flooding Juggling Act

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a tough jobs when it comes to preventing flooding. The Corps used Oklahoma's many dams to hold back floodwaters, but often must release water when the lakes become over full.  Someone gets flooded, either up or down stream.
