ADA, Okla. (AP) — A Florida-based technical support business says it's committed to creating 100 new jobs and preserving more than 150 positions held by employees at the company's Ada location.

Executives at iQor signed an agreement this week to expand the company's Oklahoma operations. Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, the company provides business process outsourcing and product support services. It has 32,000 employees in 17 countries.

As part of the agreement, iQor extended its lease through 2021 for the building.

In addition, iQor says it plans to invest in employee training, equipment upgrades and capital investments to the facility.
