Tulsa, OK – A spat over pet poodles erupts into a heated rant from a Tulsa city councilor. The outburst from Councilman Jim Mautino prompted three other councilors to walk out of a city hall meeting, and led to a call for security

The verbal assault against Animal Welfare Manager Jean Letcher Jenkins and Working in Neighborhoods Director Dwain Midget prompted a walkout by Councilors Chris Trail, Maria Barnes, and Rick Westcott. Trail called the episode an embarrassment'.
