The City of Barnsdall is on its second day without water. A leak at the city's water treatment plant was found on Monday.
Barnsdall Mayor J.D .Cole tells KWGS the break came from a water line underneath the water plant. Crews are cutting into the concrete and are expected to be getting close to location of the leak.
The city of Barnsdall serves two rural areas in Osage County and is expected to fix the leak today.
