Child Reunited in Tulsa with Foster Parents

A special needs child is reunited with her foster parents in east Tulsa. The young girl was found wandering in her pajamas about five this morning near 41st and Mingo.

A passer-by saw the child alone and took her to the Quik Trip at 41st and Garnett, where law enforcement was notified.  Police were unable to communicate with the child because of her disabilities. Police were going door-to-door to find the girl’s foster family, when I woman spotted the child in a news broadcast and notified police of the foster parent's names.

The little girl was uninjured, clean and dry according to EMSA. She was spotted before she got too far away from home.
