Cherokee Election: The latest

By KWGS News

Tahlequah, OK – The Cherokee Supreme Court spends the weekend supervising a hand recount of all the ballots in last month's Chief's Election.

The winner has flipped flopped with each recount. This one appears to be no exception. It shows Chad Smith ahead by five votes.

The high court is expected to rule tomorrow.
