Tulsa, OK – A follow-up to a story from last Monday, when a Tulsa School bus caught fire:
Bus Driver Yolanda Palmer was presented an award from the AAA auto club for saving the lives of the children on that bus. Palmer gave credit to the kids for following her direction.
Palmer was a relief driving on the William Penn Elementary School route when her C-N-G powered bus caught fire. The cause of the fire is still being reviewed.
