HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
* TEMPERATURES WILL FALL TO NEAR OR JUST BELOW FREEZING TONIGHT ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA WITH AREAS OF FROST DEVELOPING.
