Brief Relief from the Heat

By KWGS

Tulsa, OK – After yesterday's record heat, there's a little relief as a cool front drops temperatures today. Still, we're in the grip of an early summer that seems more like late July or August.
High temperatures should be at least 10 degrees cooler today than yesterday. It is an ozone alert day which means air quality will not be good and you should put off running unnecessary errands and things like mowing the lawn during the heat of the day.
