Tulsa, OK – You can expect delays getting across the Arkansas River downtown for the next two-years.
This morning, marked the first rush hour with the I-244 westbound bridge closed. The bridge is being demolished to make way for a new double-decker bridge that will carry auto, walkers, bikers and even trains.
While the new bridge is being constructed the east bound lane will carry both east and west bound traffic over the bridge.
