Tulsa, OK – When an event at the BOK Center cancels (with no postponement date) the following occurs:
1)-Immediate effort is made to notify all media of cancellation with press release and venue website posting. On cancelled event night. Staff is present at venue and box office is open.
2)-All ticket purchasers with contact information are notified by email and if time allows, by phone as well.
3)-All ticket purchases via outlets and box offices, must return their tickets to the points of purchase for refund.
4)-All ticket purchasers via web and phone (via www.bokcenter.com) are immediately issued a credit on their original method of payment. The ticket price and convenience fee is refunded automatically the customer does not have to mail in their original tickets.
5)-If tickets were purchased from an unauthorized vendor or from an individual (whether it was high/lower or at face value), ticket hold should contact vendor for refund. If they paid with a credit card and are unsuccessful at getting a refund, they can file a claim with their credit card company.
