OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) A snow storm threatens to bury parts of Oklahoma under more than a foot of snow today. Blizzard warnings have been issued for the Panhandle while a winter storm watch is in effect for five neighboring counties. Meteorologists say between six and 16 inches could fall before the storm moves out of the region tomorrow. Only rain is expected in the Tulsa area.
