A large crowd turned out on Saturday for Tulsa's surplus auction. Everything from confiscated designer handbags to the Civic Center's old Zamboni machine went up on the auction block. Cars, pick-ups. industrial equipment, office equipment, bicycles and computers were auctioned off.
The fall auction brings in about $375,000. That money goes back into the city's general revenue fund.
