A formal announcement is expected to be made later today, but it appears that the Big Splash Water Park on the Tulsa Fairgrounds is getting a new owner.
Joe Estes of Safari Joe's confirms to KWGS, he has entered a contract to buy the water park at 21st and South Yale.
Changes to the water park are expected.
The transfer of ownership is expected after Big Splash closes for the season. That is expected in mid-September.
