TULSA, Okla. (AP) Vice President Joe Biden will be in Tulsa today to attend a private fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee and President Obama's re-election effort. Biden will be joined by state Senators Tom Adelson, Roger Ballenger, Earl Garrison and Randy Bass.
