Tulsa Police say 52-year-old Michael Goad of Broken Arrow was killed in this morning's crash on the Broken Arrow Expressway. The crash closed the west bound roadway for almost four hours.
The crash took place just before six o'clock this morning
The crash forced Tulsa Police to close more of the exit ramps on 169. Some ramps were already closed because of construction work on 169. Police closed the expressway at Garnett and forced traffic onto 41st or 51st to avoud the mess.
