Tulsa, OK – Lenders search for missing Arrow Trucking vehicles

TULSA, Okla. (AP) In the wake of Arrow Trucking Co.'s demise, its lenders are scouring the country looking for missing Arrow-operated equipment.

On Dec. 22, one day after a Utah-based bank froze Arrow's company fuel credit cards, the Tulsa-based trucking firm shut down, stranding drivers and their freight across the country. It since has filed for bankruptcy liquidation.

One lender, Warrenville, Ill.-based Navistar Financial Corp., owns 125 of Arrow's International trucks and 125 flatbed trailers. It is offering $200 rewards for tips leading to their recovery. About 43 of those 250 vehicles have been secured.

Daimler Truck Financial owns Arrow's Freightliner and Kenworth trucks and trailers. Company spokesman James Ryan says that during the last three weeks, it has secured 835 of 967 trucks but only 185 of its 614 trailers.
