An arrest warrant has been issued for a man wanted in the shooting death of a man in Altus.

Authorities say 19-year-old Kevin James Nall Jr. of Altus is wanted for first-degree murder in the death of 32-year-old Freddie Lopez.

Police Chief Tim Murphy told reporters that Nall is believed to be in the Oklahoma City area and is considered armed and dangerous.

Lopez's body was found about 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 1 on a city street in downtown Altus. Police say he had been shot several times.
