Tulsa, OK – Teen charged in bomb attempt at Tulsa's Promenade

TULSA, Okla. (AP) A 19-year-old man from Tulsa is charged with two counts of manufacturing explosive devices for allegedly leaving a small a bomb at a local mall.

Jonathan Mullins was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on Friday and was being held on $100,000 bond.

Tulsa police and federal agents went to Mullins' apartment on Friday, where they found a second explosive device. Authorities say the materials were in plain sight. The bomb detonated Tuesday at the Promenade mall, though there were no apparent injuries.
