Tulsa, OK – Attorney General Scott Pruitt declines to go forward with any ouster proceedings against Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett. City Councilor John Eagleton had requested the ouster action. He says he's disappointed and disagrees with the finding, but 'Pruitt is the Attorney General and that's the way it is'.

Pruitt cited jurisdictional issues, but in his response goes on to say even if jurisdiction had been properly invoked the law and facts relevant to the allegations do not support the bringing of an ouster action.
