Tulsa, OK – A thin layer of snow covers grassy areas and windshields this morning. Roads are great and Yes, Virginia, there is school today.
Our biggest problem this morning is the wind. It is gusting out of the north at over 20-miles an hour. That is re-arranging the snow on the ground and off roofs and causing the wind chill to drop into the single digits.
